1. Trang An Grottoes

Was recognized as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Trang An scenic complex is a mixed natural and cultural resource, mainly located in three protected areas: Hoa Lu ancient capital, Trang An, Tam Coc-Bich Dong and Hoa Lu the existing forest.

Trang An Grottoes is known as the most popular attraction in Ninh Binh, it consists of a complex of limestone caves stretching across the Sao Khe River, surrounded by majestic limestone mountains, creating a picture of beautiful scenery.

Entrance fee is 250,000 VND, it will be completed in 2.5 – 3 hours on boat with an experienced woman row the boat.

2. Tam Coc

Tam Coc also known as Ha Long Bay on Land ( you can learn about Halong Bay if you haven’t visited it before). Ha Long Bay stands out with rocky mountain, islands of rock stuck up out of the sea.

Tam Coc is completely different with limestone mountain ranges running along both sides of the river create a majestic scenery.

Tam Coc has 3 caves : Ca cave – the first cave is 127 meters long, Middle Cave – the second cave is 70 meters long and the third, End Cave is only 40 meters long.

4. Thung Nang

Thung Nang is located in Dam Khe village, Ninh Hai commune, Hoa Lu district, Ninh Binh. This is not only a tourist attraction but also a complex of historical relics, scenic spots.

Attracting a large number of domestic and foreign tourists to visit, Thung Nang offers visitors a great feeling of fresh environment, when being immersed in the beautiful natural scenery. The riversides are covered by grass and diverse fauna systems. Despite being a popular tourist destination, Thung Nang still keeps untouched natural beauty. Thung Nang has 2 areas: Thung Nang Inside and Thung Nang Outside. Tourists can go by a small boat passing the cave system in the mountain with a height of about 2 m, to move between the two areas.
